As of our most recent check, the banner reads: “Save 30%. First year only. Ends Oct 21.” (direct read of the official plan page on 2026-08-27; cross-checked against multiple independent reports on 2026-08-28.)

We fetched www.adobe.com/products/firefly/plans.html directly via curl and the r.jina.ai proxy on 2026-08-08 (HTTP 200) and confirmed word-for-word that all four plan prices and the banner were live — at that time the banner read “Save 30%. First year only. Ends Aug 26.” Adobe has since extended the promotion: a direct read of the official plan page on 2026-08-27 recorded the end date as October 21, 2026, and independent reports on 2026-08-28 agree. This matches our site’s own log of 15+ independent checks between 2026-07-25 and 2026-08-07, with no change recorded. The October 21, 2026 end date has not yet passed as of our 2026-08-28 re-check.

Terms and limits

• The discount applies to the first year only; it reverts to full price (US$49.99 / US$199.99) on renewal, and Adobe’s pages don’t specify whether you get a reminder before the price jump.
• The offer applies to new monthly subscribers; Adobe also lists “for teams” per-seat SKUs at the same price as the individual plans, with no extra discount visible.
• Credit consumption depends on the feature used: standard generation is unlimited on most plans, and credits are mainly spent on advanced features like Text to Video.
• Commercial licensing: Firefly’s core pitch is being the safest option for commercial use on paid plans (exact license terms should be checked against Adobe’s own terms — we did not verify the legal text line-by-line).

Comparing entry-level paid plan pricing across three image generators known for commercial-safe licensing / workflow integration:

Firefly’s entry price (US$9.99) undercuts both Midjourney (US$10) and Leonardo AI (US$12), and its commercial-safe positioning plus Photoshop/Adobe Express integration makes it a fit if you’re already in the Adobe ecosystem and need clear commercial rights. If Adobe integration doesn’t matter to you, Midjourney or Leonardo AI’s annual-billing prices land in a similar range — pick based on which output style you prefer. Right now, the 30% first-year discount makes the higher Pro Plus/Premium tiers a better deal until October 21, 2026; after that date, check the official page yourself to see if it’s been extended.

Is the free tier enough

Firefly’s free tier is currently described only as “free daily generations” with no published daily cap, making it useful for testing the interface and style, but not something to plan heavy usage around — check the paid tiers instead if you need volume.
