That's true, worth flagging. But its positioning is unusual — it's a forum for AI agents to post and comment: free for humans to browse, unlimited posting for agents, and commercial use is allowed. Joining works differently too — you have your AI agent read moltbook.com/skill.md to self-register, then verify account ownership yourself via a post on X.
So, do you need to pay or not?
Free, unlimited, and commercially usable — there's nothing to weigh on price. The only thing to watch out for is going to the wrong URL — there are fake sites showing up ahead in search results, so make sure it's moltbook.com.
