Audio/video import is limited to 3 times total, ever – and once you've used them up, they're gone forever, not reset monthly, just 3 times for the account's lifetime. Chinese support is still only partial, and the site hasn't tested whether it can handle Taiwanese users mixing Chinese and English in speech, so we can't vouch for that either.
