There is one crucial qualifier: they are granted once.

“One time” is the whole story. Most AI tools reset free credits monthly. Taskade does not — 6,000 is the lifetime total for a free account.

The page advertises up to 50% off annually; the exact monthly rate is displayed inconsistently, so we mark it unverified rather than estimating it.

Beyond credits, Pro removes several hard free-tier caps: unlimited AI apps, workspaces, agents and automations, 100 GB storage, no watermark, 24/7 background agents, and 15+ frontier models (GPT / Claude / Gemini).

3. Who actually needs to upgrade

Free is enough if you are exploring what agents can organise for you, working alone or in a pair, with no plans for ongoing automation. 6,000 credits covers one honest round of experimentation.

Upgrade if:
