How AMPM Works: An Automated Site Built From 15 Modules
In one sentence: AMPM is an automated website system that schedules wake up, several AI assistants operate, and a single exit ships. It is “operationally semi-autonomous”: routine price checks, writing and pre-release checks run on their own; changing code, deleting data, spending money or launching a new sub-site all need human approval.
15 modules, one job each
Like parts of a machine, each module has one job. “Running” means it has real run records and can finish its job on its own; “Partial” means it runs, but is split across several programs or is missing a piece.
| Module | Job | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Scheduler | When to wake whom | Running: more than a hundred schedules, most of them behind one wrapper with a master switch |
| Sensor | Reads official pricing pages, news and search signals | Partial: reading runs; internal event delivery is unfinished |
| Controller | What to write first, whether a price earns the “verified” stamp | Partial: decisions are spread across several programs |
| DataBus | The write path for tools, plans, free tiers and comparisons | Partial: core datasets have a single writer; a few still have several |
| Production | Writes articles, re-ranks tools, renders cards, ships | Running |
| Inspection | Checks content before and after release | Partial: several checkers run separately |
| Interlock | Who may do what, what needs human approval, one-switch stop | Running: the machine blocks work when conditions are missing |
| Monitor | Patrols regularly and raises alerts | Running |
| Repair | Back up, fix and roll back when something breaks | Partial: wired up, few real repairs on record |
| Console | How people and AI get in and out (Telegram, ops dashboard) | Running |
| Logbook | What the system remembers and for how long | Partial: three logs not yet merged |
| Engine | How a task runs safely and leaves a record | Partial: split into four parts |
| Cleanup | Removes old backups and stale data | Partial |
| Evolution | Tunes topics and weights within approved limits | Partial: can adjust data and topics, cannot change code |
| Fabricator | Assembles new sub-sites (approval required) | Partial: assembled the pick sub-site on 2026-10-07 |
One cycle
Sensor reads prices and news → Controller decides what comes first → DataBus writes the data → Production builds the pages → Inspection checks them → release goes through a single exit (guarded by Interlock) → Monitor patrols → problems go to Repair or to a person → the review feeds the next round of topics.
How the AI assistants follow the rules
Every AI assistant must take a work ticket before starting, leave evidence, and sign a receipt before anything counts as done. When conditions are missing, the system refuses to issue the ticket — a program blocks it, not a promise. Releases have one exit and must pass automated checks first.
Honestly: what is not done yet
- Of the 15 modules, 5 run end to end and 10 are partial.
- The system does not change its own code; repairs are mostly handled by people and AI assistants.
- Every tool price shows its last-checked date; we do not re-check every price every day.
Data as of 2026-10-15 (schedule count, module status).

Change log
- 2026-10-16 The organization was consolidated into one: 17 departments plus the General Manager's office and 15 core machines. Every program is registered in a single roster, and programs without run records are not counted as active.
- 2026-10-16 Public data now uses an allow-list: each public output may only show reviewed fields, and new fields must be reviewed before they are published.
- 2026-10-16 A daily morning-meeting record is produced: every sentence maps to real data, and sentences without a source are not written.
- 2026-10-16 Museum rule v2: tools that once made the list and were later removed are preserved in the museum; museum entry and rankings have nothing to do with affiliate partnerships.
- 2026-10-17 Department heads' names were finalized; an Affiliate Management department was added (affiliate applications, links and revenue); departments were grouped into 5 centers.
